Making Friends the old fashioned way....

This is one of my envelopes that is going out tomorrow

This is where I write my letters.  There never seems to be enough space for me because Chris and I share the office area.  In another corner he has his little work bench and his shelf that is adjacent to it. ~ Sigh.   Maybe someday I can have more room somewhere to work.

A while ago, when Chris was unemployed, he had looked around goodwill for anything he might refurbish or whatever. He found me a ugly, old file cabinet. We had talked about painting it, making it "my own". I want to get all or most of my little crafty things I make on here. A long while ago I made these bookmarks. I LOVE these. Everything is still a disaster in the study so I haven't been able to actually be creative which sucks.  Honestly, finding penpals has actually saved me.  I not only get to talk to new people and become friends, but I  have an outlet to be creative.  This is my envelope that I drew on today. Sometimes I am more elaborate with my envelopes, but all my supplies don't have a home yet.  I am getting there though!! I got this idea through one of the poems that I wrote, hence the name, "Intertwine"
